RUPERT – aka Ru
Rupert is a chunky chap but is a gentle soul at heart. He enjoys human company and a good groom. He has settled in with his new field mates. He is not fazed by too much but doesn’t like to be left on his own in the stable, with company and a hay net he’ll be fine.
Ru is a Skewbald Gelding. He is 14.3hh and 9 years old.
Likes a chat, leads fine just watch your toes! He has big feet!
MABEL
Mabel has a sweet nature; loves being groomed and loves to have lots of attention. She is not a great fan of being stabled – she prefers the outdoors! She is generally good all round, easy to lead though can sometimes be a bit quick but will listen when asked to slow down. She adapts well to a variety of riders and suits gentle commands.
Mabel is a Tri-coloured Mare. She is 14.1 hh 13 years old.
JAY
Jay is a Silver Dappled Skewbald Gelding. He is 13.1hh and 7 years old.
‘J’ is very laid back, definitely likes to take life in the slow lane. Easy to handle as long as you take charge, he is a cob and can be strong especially when he is faced with grass! Can be a bit too slow but will walk on, lots of encouragement.
Only two gears, walk and trot, not fazed by much.
He’s very sweet, got a quirky character and just wants to be your friend.
